Technical Skills

Training in Excel modeling, PowerPoint design, lease analysis, debt calculations, and valuation approaches used across the industry.

Phase III

Advanced Concepts

Joint venture structures, waterfall mechanisms, development methodologies, and AI’s evolving role in real estate.

Mentorship Framework

Peer Mentorship

Each participant receives guidance from an assigned upperclassman mentor who has successfully navigated internship recruiting and is passionate about helping others do the same.

Industry Mentorship

Students are paired with a professional mentor aligned with their specific career interests and geographic targets within the real estate industry.

Alumni Engagement

Program graduates transition into leadership roles as Team Leads and mentors for subsequent cohorts. This stewardship approach maintains continuous mentorship for underclassmen and cultivates a unique relationship with graduates now in the industry.
